Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription fees, prepaid Credits, and included free trial credits are handled for the OpenClaw Direct service operated by Driven Success LLC (dba OpenClaw Direct). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms §4.9. Where any conflict exists between this page and the Terms, the Terms control. Customers retain any non-waivable statutory rights under applicable local law, including, where applicable, the EU consumer right of withdrawal.

Subscription fees and refunds

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including any unused portion of a monthly or annual term following cancellation. We do not prorate annual plans: when you cancel an annual plan, your access continues through the end of the prepaid year, but no partial refund is issued. Monthly plans are likewise prepaid for the current billing period and that period is non-refundable.

Where local law requires a refund within a stated period (for example, the EU consumer right of withdrawal available to certain consumers in EU Member States), eligible customers may exercise that statutory right by emailing support@openclaw.direct within the legal window applicable to them. Please include your account email, the order date, and a clear statement that you are exercising your statutory withdrawal right.

Prepaid Credits

Credits are prepaid, USD-denominated balances used to pay for usage of the OpenClaw Direct service. Consistent with Terms §4.8, Credits are:

  • Non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable local law.
  • Tied to your account and non-transferable between accounts.
  • Without expiry while your account remains active.
  • Of no cash value and forfeited on account closure, unless local law requires otherwise.

Credits are sold as one-time purchases and are not auto-recurring.

Free trial credits

Every new subscription includes free trial credits for the selected Plan ($15 Basic, $20 Advanced, $50 Turbo), applied automatically to your AI usage. A valid payment method is required at signup, and your first billing period begins immediately at the Plan price you selected (monthly or annual).

Free trial credits are subject to the same terms as purchased Credits: non-refundable, non-transferable, and of no cash value.

Automatic renewal disclosure

Important: your OpenClaw Direct subscription renews automatically. This disclosure is provided in accordance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) and similar consumer-protection rules.

  • Automatic renewal: Your subscription will continue and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Charge cadence: You will be charged on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the Plan you selected, at the then-current price.
  • Plan pricing: Basic $19/mo or $219/yr; Advanced $29/mo or $339/yr; Turbo $59/mo or $699/yr.
  • How to cancel: You may cancel at any time in one click from your account dashboard at /billing, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price change before it takes effect, in accordance with Terms §4.7.
  • Credits: Prepaid Credits are one-time purchases and are not auto-recurring.

How to cancel (click to cancel)

You can cancel your subscription online, in the same manner in which you signed up, consistent with the FTC and California ARL "click to cancel" requirements:

  1. Sign in at openclaw.direct.
  2. Open Billing at /billing.
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" (or "Manage Subscription") to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
  4. Confirm your cancellation.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made after that date.

No phone call, chat session, or email is required to cancel.
