您的 API Key 在儲存時進行加密。您的 OpenClaw 實例在專屬基礎設施上運行,不與其他使用者共用。

Slack Data

When you add OpenClaw to Slack, we receive the messages sent to the bot (direct messages and channel messages that mention it), the related Slack user, channel, and workspace identifiers, and the bot token issued for your workspace. We do not read your wider workspace message history.

Adding OpenClaw to Slack records the installation before you have an OpenClaw account. Slack gives us your workspace name, its Slack domain and its email domain, along with the name, email address and workspace role of the person who installed the app. We use these details to connect the workspace to the right OpenClaw instance and to contact the installer about finishing setup.

We keep installation records indefinitely; they are not deleted automatically. To have one erased, email [email protected] with your Slack workspace name or the email address used to install, and we will delete it.

Bot tokens are encrypted at rest. Message content is minimized and retained for 30 days for support and abuse prevention, then deleted.

We never use your Slack messages or workspace data to train AI models.

You can disconnect the app from your OpenClaw dashboard or remove it from your Slack workspace's app settings at any time. A workspace admin may also request deletion of stored Slack data by contacting us; access ends immediately on removal.
